Who can edit collection details?
Only Collection managers and Echo360 administrators can edit collection details.
Editing collection details involves simply changing the collection title and/or description.
There are two ways to open the Collection Details page
Click Collections from the main menu, then click ON the collection whose details you want to change. This opens the collection and lets you see what the existing full title and description is.
Then click the Action menu and select Edit Details.
From the main collections page, click the menu button for the collection whose details you want to change, then select Edit Details from the options shown.
You can also do this from the collection tile on your Library page; the collection tiles and their features are identical in both places.
In the Collection Details page, you can:
- Make changes to the Collection Title (up to 200 characters).
- Make changes to the Description (up to 2500 characters) of the collection.
When finished, click Save. Your updates are applied immediately.
Clicking Cancel reverts any edits, returning the collection title and description to their previous state.
